Payment:

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept Cash, Cashier's Check. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
2. Disputed Charges: If you believe there is an error or dispute regarding a charge, please contact us within 60 days of the service date. We will review and address your concern promptly.

Liability and Indemnification:

1. Property Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to the property for junk removal. You agree to provide accurate and safe access to the items to be removed.
2. Item Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying that the items to be removed do not contain hazardous materials or items with legal restrictions on disposal. We are not liable for any damages or liabilities arising from the items you request to be removed.
3. Limitation of Liability: While we take great care in providing our services, Swing Thru Junk Removal is not liable for any damages to your property, belongings, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
